These terms describe the use of abram.systems and System, Abram’s software for organisations. Specific arrangements for an engagement, access, fees, support and termination are agreed separately.
1. Provider and agreements
Abram, Zuidelijk Achterweg 24A, 3245 BR Sommelsdijk, the Netherlands. Dutch Chamber of Commerce number: 99874652. Contact: mail@abram.systems.
A separate agreement takes precedence where it expressly provides otherwise. This page does not create a subscription, set a price or grant access to features that are not yet available.
2. What System does
System helps organisations with administration, planning, content and communication. Available features and configured automations vary by organisation. A developed, tested or planned integration is not necessarily an available production service.
The current delivery route uses Make. Built-in Meta sign-in and account linking are not yet available; the direct Instagram integration is under development and WhatsApp is planned. Selecting Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp in the Meta app does not promise that every channel works.
3. Access and responsible use
Use only access granted to you and act within your organisation’s authority. Protect your login details and access permissions and report suspected misuse promptly.
Do not use the service for unlawful content, unsolicited messaging, infringement of others’ rights, unauthorised access or disruption of systems. Abram may restrict access or processing where necessary to stop misuse or protect the service, explaining the restriction as soon as reasonably safe to do so.
4. Content and AI
Your organisation determines the data and content it enters and the instructions it gives. Ensure you have the necessary rights and a valid lawful basis for personal data, including images, contact lists and messages about other people.
Check content, recipients, the channel and timing before starting a delivery or automation. AI output may contain errors; review it before use. Using System does not transfer your rights in your own content to Abram. You authorise Abram to process that content as necessary to carry out your instructions and the agreed service.
5. External services and publishing
Your organisation must be authorised to use the account or channel involved in a configured external route. The external provider’s terms and restrictions, including Meta’s where applicable, also govern use of that channel.
Delivery may fail, be delayed or be rejected by an external platform. Check the result. Contact us to stop an existing route or arrange withdrawal of access permissions. This does not automatically remove content already sent and does not promise immediate disconnection through a button in System.
6. Availability and responsibility
Abram aims to provide the agreed service with due care. Uninterrupted availability or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, outages and changes by external providers may affect the service.
Report errors or damage promptly so we can investigate and limit the impact. Liability is governed by the separate agreement and applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Personal data
The privacy policy describes data processing and how to submit a privacy request. Where Abram processes personal data on an organisation’s behalf, the required arrangements, including a data processing agreement where applicable, must be in place. These terms do not replace those arrangements.
8. Termination
The duration and termination of an engagement follow the separate agreement. When ending use, also address stopping automations, withdrawing external access and returning or deleting data.
Termination does not automatically erase all data, backups or previously published content. Deletion follows applicable instructions, agreements and legal obligations. Contact us with a specific request.
9. Law, changes and contact
Dutch law applies to these terms, without affecting mandatory legal protections. The competent court is determined under the applicable legal rules.
The version and date on this page identify changes. An update on the website does not itself amend a separate agreement. Send questions or complaints to our contact address.
